Construction of Carey Place, an affordable seniors rental building on Vancouver Island, is well underway. Developed in partnership with BC Housing, Capital Regional District and Baptist Housing, Carey Place will offer 55 one-bedroom suites for seniors. Located in the growing and vibrant community of Mount View Heights, Carey Place is centrally located at 3812 Carey Road.
Follow the construction of Carey Place, set to open late Spring 2012.
