Physical wellness is encouraged through regular health check-ups and various levels of physical activity, all designed to improve health, prevent falls and injury and enhance the quality of life for all the seniors in our communities.

Promoting Active Living (PAL) is a provincial initiative offered to all our Residents. PAL is an education program that assesses the physical ability and mobility of the senior, identifies risks and promotes physical activity to prevent falls.

Health and wellness clinics are also regularly offered to those in our senior living communities. Service providers such as nurses, podiatrists, physiotherapists and other local practitioners regularly visit our communities and offer care to those in need.
