Residential Care
Personalized senior care, around the clock.
Residential Care is a model of senior care in a nursing home setting for those who are unable to live independently or in an Assisted Living community because of their advanced health care needs. In Residential Care, seniors are given 24-hour professional nursing care, personalized health care plans, and medication supervision and administration. Caregivers work closely with outside medical practitioners such as family physicians, physiotherapists and hospital admissions as required.
Our Residential Care units are primarily all private rooms or suites. Hospitality services include housekeeping, laundry, meals and recreational opportunities to help our Residents stay active and maintain the highest possible quality of life. Residential Care differs from Assisted Living in terms of the level of care offered. The level and type of care provided to the Residents is designed to meet their individual needs.
All of our 564 Residential Care units are funded by the local health authority.
