About The Role

As the recruitment coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in aligning our recruitment processes with Baptist Housing’s mission and values. You will embody servant leadership, promote a vibrant workplace culture, and ensure open communication across departments. As the coordinator, you will take on a range of responsibilities, starting with overseeing full-cycle recruitment for nursing and non-clinical roles, including maintaining up-to-date role descriptions and postings. You’ll engage proactively with potential candidates through various platforms, leveraging Baptist Housing's LinkedIn Recruiter license. Throughout the selection process, from resume screening to reference checks, you will help maintain an excellent candidate experience. You’ll also contribute to our sustainable staffing initiative, collaborating with the director of recruitment to implement effective strategies and cultivate relationships with stakeholders like health authorities and unions. Administrative support is another facet, with responsibilities ranging from managing programs like agency nurse recruitment and team referrals to maintaining scholarship initiatives. You will also take a data-driven approach, developing and analyzing recruitment metrics to enhance the organization's recruitment strategies. In essence, your role will be instrumental in shaping and sustaining a talent pool that reflects Baptist Housing's mission, vision, and values. This is a hybrid working arrangement with three days required in-office and two days worked from home.
