- The successful candidate must be eligible for membership in the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
- Have a great sense of humour, effective time management skills, strong communication, and the ability to work variable shifts.
- Consent for a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults
- Proof Of Vaccination (2 doses) of COVID 19 and PHN
About the Role
Care plan development
Assessment of unstable residents
Performing nursing interventions (assessments, treatments, and medication administration)
Exemplifying the Wellness Model of Care and Service Philosophies
Ensuring resident involvement in care

Leading care plan development with an interdisciplinary approach
Aligning responsibilities with BCCNM standards and the CNA Code of Ethics
Maintaining professional relationships and communication with stakeholders
Collaborating on wellness programs
Assuming leadership roles, including team orientation, fostering relationships, coaching, and conflict resolution
Acting as a healthcare resource
Participating in quality improvement
Ensuring safety compliance
Involvement in reporting
Serving as a Baptist Housing Ambassador, modelling values, and practicing servant leadership
**We have multiple casual positions that are available. These positions report to our director of care.
Baptist Housing provides enhanced living communities and exceptional care to almost 2700 seniors in British Columbia. We provide long term care, assisted living, supportive housing, home support and adult day programs in our communities in Kelowna, Vancouver and Victoria. Level 3 RN $40.21 - $54.28 per hour.
