With an in-depth understanding of aging processes, cognitive function changes, and age-related diseases, you provide empathetic care that transcends the clinical realm. Your expertise extends to medication administration, standard precautions, and adherence to healthcare protocols, prioritizing safety and unwavering quality in every action. You possess a unique skill set that includes assessing functional and cognitive status, managing equipment, and adeptly utilizing office technology. You are also well-versed in pharmacological therapies, the Wellness Model, legal documentation, and the complex intricacies of the healthcare system at various levels. You are competent, compassionate, and have an unwavering commitment to the well-being of those you serve.

Must Haves

  • The successful candidate must be eligible for membership in the College of Registered Nurses of British Columbia (CRNBC)
  • Have a great sense of humour, effective time management skills, strong communication, and the ability to work variable shifts.
  • Consent for a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults
  • Proof Of Vaccination (2 doses) of COVID 19 and PHN

  • Serving as a Baptist Housing Ambassador, modelling values, and practicing servant leadership

**We have multiple casual positions that are available. These positions report to our director of care.

What You Receive

The Masters Collective Compensation package as outlined by the Provincial BC Nurses Collective Agreement and professional development opportunities. 

Level 3 RN $40.21 - $54.28 per hour.

Located along the beautiful shores of Okanagan Lake, in the heart of the stunning Okanagan Valley, Kelowna is an inviting community in which to live and work. Our three communities are located as follows:

Mill Creek Village 1450 Sutherland Ave

Village at Smith Creek 2425 Orlin Road
