In the role of the Scheduler, you'll be responsible for efficiently coordinating and managing our care team schedules while maintaining accurate time-keeping records to ensure smooth and effective operations. 

About The Role

Shift Type: Evenings, Rotation of Days and Evenings

Part-Time & Casual 

Hours: 0600-1500 and/ or 1530 - 2330 (4 on 4 off rotation)

  • Develops, coordinates, and adjusts schedules in compliance with agreements. 

  • Ensures timely schedule completion.

  • Maintains effective communication with Team Members

  • Accurately manages computerized scheduling and timekeeping.

  • Organizes electronic records and compiles data.

  • Conducts daily timecard system audits.

  • Review scheduling transactions for accuracy

  • Validates and edits team member timecards as needed.

  • Cultivates positive relationships with Residents, Team Members, Families and Partners.

  • Commits to customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Grade 12).

  • Experience in scheduling, preferably experience using ESP or QHR.

  • Experience in providing comprehensive administrative support.

  • Proficient in Intermediate Word / Excel and Outlook applications.
