Scheduling Clerk – Evergreen

Baptist Housing in White Rock is looking for a Casual, On-Call Scheduling Clerk to serve our Evergreen Campus.

Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing Team Member vacancies on a daily basis.  The scope of the position includes receiving Team Member calls and successfully allocating and calling in relief to fill vacancies resulting from sick leaves, vacation, leaves of absence and shift swaps, using a computerized scheduling system.

This position works from our Terraces building on the Evergreen Campus.

Qualifications include completion of Grade 12, one or more years of previous experience in a scheduling role, and a strong administrative background. Recent experience with MS Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word is a definite asset.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills,  an orientation to learning, a warm personality, and a great sense of humour.
