You've also learned to be adaptable to changing conditions and consistently plan for your resident's care. People remark that you genuinely care about them and make them feel heard. Your co-workers like you and always want to be on your team. You're also known for your sense of humour and fun-loving spirit. You’ll have graduated from a recognized post-secondary Licensed Practical Nurse program and current registration in good standing with the BCCNM.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of person-centered care and plan development for the residents we serve. You’ll perform a range of nursing interventions such as resident initial and ongoing assessments, treatments, and medication administration, as well as development and leadership of the care team. You’ll become an ambassador of Baptist Housing and model our values in all interactions. These positions are a rotation of days and evenings. You'll serve in our Smith Creek Village community and report to the Administrator.

We provide long term care, assisted living, supportive housing, home support and adult day programs in our communities in Kelowna, Vancouver and Victoria.
