Physiotherapist-(Part-Time)

Inglewood Care Center – a Baptist Housing Community in West Vancouver is looking for a Part-Time Physiotherapist to join our Team and serve our Residents.

Reporting to the Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for meeting Resident needs by providing initial assessments, consultations and recommendations regarding the Resident’s physical and functional abilities. This role also contributes to the Musculo Skeletal Injury Prevention Program, participates as a member of the OHS Team to review Team Member injuries, reports incident trends and provides input to risk identification and reduction.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy

• Current registration with a governing body in British Columbia, or equivalent

• Previous experience in gerontology

• The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a warm personality and a great sense of humour.
