Job Summary

Reporting to the Administrator, the Registered Nurse is responsible for leading the development, implementation and evaluation of person-centered care and plan development for the Residents we serve.   The scope of the position includes performing a range of nursing interventions such as Resident initial and ongoing assessments, treatments, and medication administration, as well as development and leadership of the Care Team. As an ambassador of Baptist Housing, you have exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to foster and maintain relationships, and model our values in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Membership in the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM)
  • A great sense of humour
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work variable shifts
  • Consent for a Criminal Record Check (CRC) for working with Vulnerable Adults
  • COVID Vaccination
