ABOUT THE ROLE 

As a Resident Services Assistant, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at providing exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. Your role will involve managing inventory, processing orders, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. You will take charge of the reception area, ensuring residents are well attended to in the dining room. Observing and reporting any changes in resident behaviour will be a crucial aspect of your duties, along with maintaining a confidential resident database. Responding to emergencies and routine inquiries from residents, family members, and team members will be within your comfort zone. Beyond your primary tasks, you'll also lend support to other departments and assist with various projects as required. As an ambassador for Baptist Housing, you'll embody our values, fostering positive interactions with residents, team members, and visitors. Upholding and promoting our brand will be at the core of your endeavours, elevating our reputation and driving awareness among relevant stakeholders. This part-time casual position demands flexibility in availability, as you'll be expected to cover all shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. Reporting to the Resident Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our cherished residents and guests.
