Grandview Towers offers seniors rental apartments in a vibrant, centrally located Vancouver neighbourhood. With bachelor and one-bedroom suites, welcoming shared spaces and opportunities to connect with others, Grandview Towers is an active and connected community where residents can enjoy their independence while being part of community life.
The community also includes 55 homes in partnership with BC Housing's Supportive Housing Program. Eligibility and application requirements differ for these homes.
Eligible residents may qualify for rental assistance through BC Housing’s Shelter Aid for Elderly Renters (SAFER) program.
