Downsizing can feel overwhelming. Can you recommend movers?
Absolutely. We understand that transitions can feel daunting. Once you select your preferred location, our team can connect you with trusted local moving partners who regularly support our residents.

What is dining like in your communities?
Our menus are overseen by Red Seal chefs and meals are freshly prepared in our kitchens. We would love for you to join us for a tour or special event to experience the food firsthand.

Do any suites come with ovens or cooktops?
Our affordable rental suites include full kitchens. Most other suites offer kitchenettes designed for convenience and safety.

Do your suites have a/c?
Many of our communities offer air conditioning for added comfort. In some locations it is included in the suite, and in others residents are welcome to bring their own portable unit.

Do you provide all meals as part of the rental package?
Meal programs vary depending on the level of care. In our Long-Term Care, Assisted, and Independent Living communities, chef prepared meals are included as part of the overall experience, making daily life easier and more enjoyable. For those who prefer a more traditional rental lifestyle, we also offer affordable and market rental communities where residents enjoy the flexibility of preparing their own meals at home. Your local team can walk you through exactly what is included.

Do you offer recreation and programming?
Yes. Each of our communities offers a range of recreation, wellness, and social programs designed to support an active and engaging lifestyle. Activities vary by location and level of care and may include fitness classes, social gatherings, outings, creative programs, and opportunities for spiritual reflection. Our goal is to create meaningful experiences that support both independence and connection.

Can family and friends visit anytime?
Staying connected to the people who matter most is an important part of community life. Family and friends are welcome and are valued members of our community! Visiting guidelines may vary slightly depending on the level of care or public health recommendations, and your local community can provide specific details.
