Resident Portal User Agreement

As part of Baptist Housing’s provision of programs and services, third-party service providers are often engaged in the delivery of these services. In order to provide you with a communication Resident portal for Resident and family engagement we have engaged Sitelligence LLC  who are located in the United States at 12333 Sowden Rd Ste B #22308 Houston, Texas 77080. Your personal information will be stored and accessed outside of Canada at their location for the sole purpose of creating a username and password for your login and profile. Baptist Housing maintains the highest standards for the protection of your personal information that is in our custody and control.  Baptist Housing also contractually requires its service providers to equally maintain these standards.

Having read the above notification, and by choosing to login you will be opting-in and granting us consent to the disclosure of your personal information outside of Canada for the purposes outlined above.

This consent will be in effect as of the date of your logging in and will remain in effect for the duration of your residency or until you notify us that you no longer wish to have your personal information provided to our third-party service providers for this purpose.
